Who I am

I’m Chris Bodman, and I run the London Mastermind through LMNTARY Performance and Mindset Matters Live. If you have any questions about your data, email me at chris@lmntaryperformance.com.

What I collect

Your answers to the questions, your name, email, mobile and address, your lunch order, and any dietary needs or allergies you tell me about.

How I use it

• To plan the morning around where the room is starting from.
• To show the group’s combined results on the day. I never show anyone’s name or individual answers to the room.
• To give you your own results page and follow up with you after the event.
• To order your lunch and keep you safe around food and snacks.

Who sees it

Only I and the small team helping me run the event see individual answers. Canal, the restaurant, receives your name, lunch order and any dietary needs or allergies so they can prepare your food. I don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long I keep it

I store everything securely in the UK and delete it within 12 months of the event, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time by emailing me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
